Responsibility
- warmly welcoming and seating customers upon arrival
- taking orders from customers, whether at their table, at the bar, or via phone for takeaways
- at Grain, we proudly serve the finest craft beers alongside our own unique and delectable style of pizza. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff
- efficiently managing and inputting bookings into our reservation system
- serving food and drinks to customers, including preparing cold and hot beverages
- ensuring customer satisfaction by regularly checking on their dining experience and addressing any issues
- handling customer payments
- upholding impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards by cleaning tables, daily and weekly maintenance, and frequent restroom checks
Requirements
- previous experience in a bar, barista, or hospitality setting
- strong customer service skills
- A solid understanding of food hygiene and excellent customer service practices
- A cooperative and team-oriented mindset
- exceptional time management and communication skills
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- own transportation
- A genuine interest in coffee, pizza, and beer
