Responsibility
- as the Chief Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors to our premises
- you will be the welcoming face that leaves a lasting impression and makes everyone feel at home
- answering phone calls and door enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- providing exceptional customer service and assistance to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- managing and maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- assisting team members with administrative tasks and providing support to help them succeed
- proactively anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- creating a positive and welcoming environment that reflects Graf UK Ltd's values and brand image
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a reception or concierge position
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail
- positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently
- familiarity with MS Office Suite and basic administrative tasks
- flexibility to work full-time hours, including very occasional evenings
