Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • sunday to Thursday 8am till 4pm
  • plan menus for daily & special monthly dinners and other special functions as and when required
  • kitchen operation and providing a quality service to residents
  • plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times offering in restaurant dining, light meals , savouries & pastries, coffee bar and bar services
  • to implement and maintain food monitoring & stock procedures to facilitate budgetary control and to monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgets and GP's
  • to be aware of the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act and associated regulations to ensure that standards are maintained within the Company’s Safety Policy
  • responsible To: Village Manager
  • carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to you. Co create with the General Manager a budget for items that are costed against Service Charges, quarterly and annual review of said budget

Requirements
