Responsibility
- develop and maintain relationships with prospective students in the Polish-speaking market
- provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the application process
- collaborate with universities and colleges in the UK to promote their programs and attract talented students
- conduct informative and engaging presentations to student groups, both in person and virtually
- stay up to date with changes in education policies and program offerings to provide accurate information to students
- maintain a CRM system to track student interactions and progress
- participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Requirements
- fluent in both Polish and English
- bachelor's degree in a related field
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
- sales or recruitment experience is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of the UK education system is an advantage
- highly organized and detail oriented
