this is a Full-Time role working a set roster of Saturday to Wednesday each week
our Flagship London Showroom team are looking for our next super star to support our successful showroom team and Showroom Manager as Assistant Showroom Manager
assist the Showroom Manager with any leave requests and rostering
supports Showroom Manager with Local Networking/Connections & potential local Influencers
we are seeking someone who has a passion for the bridal industry, customer service and ca drive for sales to appoint into this role! support Showroom Manager with onboarding new Stylists
addresses employee concerns in the Managers absence and partners with RSSM and P&C when appropriate
Requirements
2 – 3 years of previous experience in retail management or leadership position in a related field is required
experience in leading a team and providing training and instructional guidance
previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
demonstrated experience in leading a team with the ability to train, manage performance and develop individuals to achieve their best work
ability to manage leave and roster management is essential to maintain showroom operational requirements
high level of business acumen and financial decision making ability to ensure showroom is constantly well managed and performing to KPIs
ability to prioritise, delegate and manage multiple tasks and projects at one time
proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
