Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- conducting comprehensive property inspections and creating detailed reports
- handling property maintenance issues efficiently
- organizing and negotiating works with tenants, landlords, and contractors professionally
- managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance diligently
- coordinating and conducting check-outs and inventories proficiently
- ensuring property compliance with relevant certifications such as EICR's, gas safety, and EPC
- skillfully resolving deposit disputes and managing tenancy paperwork
- assisting with the serving of section notices when necessary
Requirements
- previous lettings/property management experience is advantageous
- professional written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 6 months of property management experience is required
- strong administration skills and at least 1-2 years of experience in the letting industry are preferred
- confident, professional, and considerate demeanour
- ability to work independently, building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- good understanding of Microsoft Office, reliable, and willing to work hard
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
