- visiting client sites on a regular basis, acting as the first point of contact for technical support issues
- liaising with customers and providing information to aid them in their day to day IT related activities
- liaising with 3rd party suppliers to address customer tickets
- escalating more complex tickets to the relevant senior technicians
- logging and addressing any software or hardware problems detected while on site
- due to the 24/7 support environment rota-based weekend shifts will be required
