- be a supporting voice for Customer Communications in our Global business, representing it internally to stakeholders and externally in the marketplace
- work with regional teams to define, understand and coordinate prioritized feedback to inform the Product Strategy and Execution
- as the Omnichannel Product Manager, you will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Sales and cross-functional teams to execute on the Omnichannel vision for our product
- understand and be able to communicate the GoTo Customer Communications vision to all levels both internally to GoTo and externally to Partners, Customers, and prospects
- assist with executing the Customer Communications roadmaps by writing product documents, assisting UX with designs, and working closely with Engineering to ensure the successful execution of product features
- you will be an important part of the team, contributing to the vision and growth of our Customer Communications business and be a key stakeholder in its success
- partner closely and engage consistently with the product group’s marketing, sales, and care leaders to assist with go-to-market strategies to win in targeted customer segments
- when you join a GoTo product team, you’ll play a vital role in this process, seeing your work used by millions of users worldwide
- become an expert on the Customer Engagement and Contact Center markets, identifying current and potential competitors, research competitive products, and maintain competitive information
- collaborate with the stakeholders and the Engineering teams to understand the requirements and prioritize and sequence the Product Backlog to provide the most customer value
Requirements
- proven thinker who understands highly technical products and is experienced at influencing engineers and making product trade-offs
- minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including working in Customer Engagement or Contact Center teams, and for companies building Customer Communications products
- experience working with Customer Communications products, ideally with a detailed understanding of the customer use cases, the personas, and how customers need to interface with these products on a day-to-day basis to be successful
