Responsibility
the successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer support to a large volume of eCommerce customers
the candidate will handle all customer communications channels and ensure communications are timely and upheld to the required standard
duties will include eCommerce admin, management of orders, handling customer support tickets and complaints/returns
the role will primarily involve eCommerce customer support but will also include some stock management and book-keeping duties
they will oversee the entire customer experience from when a customer first arrives on our website to when an order is placed, manufactured, and dispatched, providing installation assistance and ongoing support if required
normal hours are Mon-Thur 8:30am to 5:00pm and Fri 8:30am to 3:00pm
all visitors to site are required to wear a facemask, common areas are sanitised regularly
Requirements
3 A Levels grades A-C and 3rd level education in a business-related discipline would be preferable but is not essential
high proficiency in computer use is essential
A knowledge of website functionality, design and management would be beneficial but not essential
previous digital customer support experience within eCommerce would be beneficial
self-motivated and confident with the ability to apply solutions and a positive "can-do" attitude
salary £25,000 - £27,000 Pro rata
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to quickly adapt to new processes and procedures
