Responsibility

  • preparing for embroidery including; counting, removing packaging, framing garments, changing thread colours and loading designs
  • monitoring the embroidery process on all machines
  • removing frames ready for cleaning, trimming, tidying, Quality Checking own and others work
  • performing regular machine maintenance and reporting any issues
  • inventory & ancillories checks
  • any other reasonable duties as required

Requirements

  • be an experiences embroidery machinest
  • have the motivation and pace to keep up with a large amount of embroidery jobs that are brought in daily
  • have enthusiasm for developing process and product knowledge
  • have high levels of concentration
  • have exceptional attention to detail
  • have strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
  • be confident using multi-head machines as well as single heads and Wilcom software
  • be practical and methodical
