Responsibility
- assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- keep inventory of supplies and notify the kitchen staff when items need to be restocked
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen
- assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- help with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or preparing sauces
Requirements
- previous experience working in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
