Requirements

  • as well as an Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • good knowledge of Microstoft Office and the ability to learn new systems/software
  • experience working as a customer service advisor in a call centre environment is a must
  • the successful candidate will have strong objection handling skills offering alternative options, so that we retain our customer and be comfortable interacting with a range of customer with different variety of needs, questions and concerns with minimal supervision
  • the successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolving complaint calls in an efficient and time sensitive manner
  • we required a strong problem solver with the ability to remain calm under pressure. As well as an excellent telephone manner, good written communication, second to none customer service skills and not afraid to ask why
