experience working as a customer service advisor in a call centre environment is a must
the successful candidate will have strong objection handling skills offering alternative options, so that we retain our customer and be comfortable interacting with a range of customer with different variety of needs, questions and concerns with minimal supervision
the successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolving complaint calls in an efficient and time sensitive manner
