Responsibility
- maintaining office supplies by keeping an inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
- create new member packs to send out to customers
- maintaining petty cash
- filing/admin of customer records
- maintaining financial records on Xero
- preparing purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials
- chase any missed/bounced payments
- other general admin as required
