Responsibility

  • maintaining office supplies by keeping an inventory and ordering new supplies as needed
  • create new member packs to send out to customers
  • maintaining petty cash
  • filing/admin of customer records
  • maintaining financial records on Xero
  • preparing purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials
  • chase any missed/bounced payments
  • other general admin as required
