Responsibility

  • lead the end-to-end development process of residential projects, including renovations, extensions, and small-scale developments
  • collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints
  • manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, overseeing procurement processes and negotiating contracts to optimize project costs and quality

Requirements

  • strong business development skills, with a track record of successfully identifying and cultivating client relationships
  • bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • good Residential sales tracking record
  • excellent customer relationship management
  • fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients and investors
  • extensive knowledge of the London property market, including property sourcing, valuation, and market trends
  • solid understanding of the development process, including renovations, extensions, and small-scale developments
  • excellent project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
