- build and maintain Shopify eCommerce websites using modern development techniques
- develop mobile-first solutions that cater to multiple devices and screen sizes
- understand and translate requirements into efficient and engaging web experiences
- stay updated with upcoming Shopify platform changes and implement them as necessary
- assist in managing the development of a project from inception to go-live and beyond
- maintain knowledge and understanding across the latest frontend development trends
- support and nurture the team with knowledge sharing and mentoring
- promote and implement standards and best practices in web development
Requirements
- relevant qualification / degree or significant industry experience
- at least 3 years of experience in web development
- excellent understanding of UI/UX processes and best practices
- familiarity with version control systems
- excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- strong task management skills
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
