  • day to day administration work, arranging inventory and checkouts
  • draw up tenancy agreements and ensure they are signed and returned
  • collecting and processing rent as well as pursuing debts
  • process holding deposits and complete required paperwork
  • implementing section 8, 21 and 13, preparing rental statements
  • you will be reporting to the Directors on a regular basis
