- at least one year experience as a Nursery Deputy Manager or similar role in an early years setting
- strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team

- knowledge of early childhood education principles
- ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- important but not essential - An equivalent or higher management qualification and/or a further qualification in Childcare, or willingness to complete
Responsibility
