Responsibility
- develop and expand business opportunities both locally and overseas for the sale of international properties
- facilitate cross-border property transactions
- handle exhibition sales and follow through transactions with clients until after contract signing
- conduct meetings and present property portfolio to potential clients
- build and maintain client relations by providing a high standard of service and relationship management
- handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner
- identify, develop, and expand business opportunities through personal networking and structured canvassing
Requirements
- A university degree or above – preferably Real Estate, Economics, or related fields
- excellent negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated, confident, and energetic
- high sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure
- passionate, proactive, entrepreneurial, and good problem-solving skills
- willing to work during weekends for exhibitions and events
- communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner
- be sensitive to changes in the local market/sector and respond accordingly
