Responsibility
- the role will involve liaising with new & existing clients with regards to corporate events
- you will be responsible for overseeing our LinkedIn account, increase our following and building rapport with clients online
- you will convert leads into bookings
- ensure that event details are accurately recorded - including dates, times, customer requirements, contact details and financial details
- encouraging repeat business with existing clients
- produce written quotations and contracts
- you will receive full training daily by our Sales Manager
- required from time to time to work weekends on the actual event days ensuring everything is done as per the clients requirements
Requirements
- the successful candidate must have some experience in sales, specifically handling corporate clients
- good communication skills
- A willingness to travel and a commercially driven attitude towards achieving new client wins
- event industry experience – desirable
- driving licence – desirable
- as a client facing role it is essential that you have a confident telephone manner, an outward personality and an understanding of the importance of building strong client relationships
