- communicating with potential leads and assisting sales consultant's advisory work
- working on WhatsApp and WeChat group management, posting recruitment information, and engaged with group members on daily basis
- helping with marketing events and working on PPT and materials supports
Requirements
- previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred
- motivated, with good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- previous educational agency experience or relevant Student Union/Societies experience is preferred
- good at building up the relationship and understand how to serve the customer
- willing to learn and learn fast
- sensitive to the news with critical thinking
- interested in sales and consulting roles with strong adaptability
- result-driven with good written and oral communication skills
