Requirements
- previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not required
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and commissions
