• two years Construction management "muddy boots" experience - this is mandatory and non-negotiable
• three years Construction management "muddy boots" experience - this is mandatory and non-negotiable
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate- this is mandatory and non-negotiable
• IOSH or IIRSM membership
• successful applicants will be required to work an average of 3 weekends a month delivering training courses to fit in with client on-site working times
• self-motivated and be able to make autonomous decisions in line with company procedures
