this position is a front of house based, security reception role where you will be the face of the company when meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and dealing with queries
you will be responsible for ensuring that our high service standards are maintained and consistently delivered to residents, our client, contractors, and visitors at all times
deal with queries from the public and customers where appropriate

arrange and manage all Couriers both incoming and outgoing
liaising with suppliers and contractors, as agreed with the client
maintaining the tidiness of the reception area
assuring EHS health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to by visitor
greeting visitors, offering them refreshments and directing them to the right person
