Requirements
- technical knowledge with a relevant qualification in Building Services / Project Management or relevant experience
- strong Commercial Acumen responsible for the pricing of works including Sub Contractors quotations, cost management and client invoicing
- project Management skills responsible for delivering Cap-Ex works between £5K and £500k
- knowledge of OH&S legislation with working towards a recognized OH&S qualification
- this is a complex role requiring both creative problem-solving skills, high organisational capacity, with the ability to take on multi-role tasks
Responsibility
- managing and directing staff in a safe and efficient manner and conducting personal performance evaluations of staff in accordance with the client's policies and procedures
- ensure adherence to all Statutory Standards and Regulations and Department of Health requirements
