Responsibility

  • we primarily buy back devices from consumers
  • your role will involve managing this whole process including the refurbishment of the devices traded in
  • main Duties
  • responsible for managing supplier relationships for parts and tools
  • setting KPI’s for the workflow of repairs
  • reviewing systems to ensure continous development of service and repair offer
  • we require an individual with experience in the refurbishment & repair of mobile phones to join or team in managing our buyback program
  • establishing and sourcing training and development opportunities for our franchise partners
