- supporting the checkout process, which includes billing, invoicing and packing orders
- packing online orders & posting them at the local post office by dropping them off
- responsible to keeping the place tidy and clean
- administrative tasks such as calendar management, responding to customer enquiries etc
- assisting and providing support during 1:1 client appointments, which include helping style clients by putting on and taking jewellery off, helping them with their outfits, recommending and showing items that match their needs etc
