- lead the process of our CQC registration, ensuring that all aspects of our business are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
- develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to meet CQC standards
- work with the team to ensure best practice and quality care are delivered at all times
- assist in strategic planning and execution to improve services and grow the business
- liaise with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and other stakeholders as required
- offer insights and suggestions for the betterment of our services based on industry trends, changes in regulations, etc

Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- registered Manager Experience with proven track record in successfully registering and managing a care service with the CQC
- solid understanding of the legalities and regulatory standards of the care industry in the UK
- experience in business development and operations within the healthcare sector
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- high level of initiative, with the ability to work well under pressure
- flexibility to move from a part-time to full-time role after 3 months
