Responsibility
provide updates to customers on open tickets and product developments
contribute to the company-wide effort to improve the e-learning experience for our customers
escalate problems to 2nd line technical support where necessary
provide first line telephone and email support to our customers, answering questions about how our platform works, how they can get the best out of it, and think outside the box when trying to address more complex requirements
actively seek out information and learn the “ins and outs” of our platform so you can give the best advice possible
Requirements
previous experience in a customer service or help desk based role for a year or more would be highly beneficial
excellent telephone manner and confidence in speaking to customers, these are regularly key stakeholders or owners of their business
experience of CRM systems for account management, ticketing etc
excellent written communication skills
total understanding of Microsoft Office
A keen interest in the world of web and technology for businesses
A positive attitude towards learning, problem solving and growth
