Responsibility
- competently deal with travel requests over the phone and by email
- build tailor-made itineraries according to customer requirements and support front-line staff in confirming these enquiries
- assisting the events and experiences team to build travel packages
- build and maintain relationships with existing customers and travel partners/suppliers
- establish new leads within our client base and via networking
- support marketing with travel content and offers for social media and email marketing
- leverage social media to generate customer engagement and sales leads
- achieve individual and team sales targets
