letting Administrator to help manage a small portfolio of around 30 buy to let properties
dealing with utilities companies
interviews will be in beginning 24th July
role will be to act as first point of contact for tenants, arrange repairs, periodic checks of properties, ensure rent payments are made and chase late payments
they will also be required to advertise properties as they come empty, vet applicants, conduct viewings and deal with the formalities of creating a new tenancy etc
this role will be around 20 to 30 hours per month and these hours can be worked at times to suit the applicant
most of the work will be home based but they will require access to transport and a driving licence to attend viewings and property checks
the role requires no prior experience but we are looking for a candidate with sound judgement, a high level of inter personal and organisation skills
