Responsibility
- we are an online retail and fulfilment business based in Faringdon, Oxfordshire
- we pride ourselves on having a great range of quality products, many of which are exclusive, and fantastic customer service
- the last 3 years have seen us undergo a period of rapid growth and expansion
- download orders for the day, and pick, pack and dispatch orders to customers
- we have a small but brilliant team, are investing in new ranges and attracting new clients for our fulfilment services
- receive and book in deliveries
- pick and prepare pallet deliveries to our larger customers
- maintain a well-stocked, well laid out, tidy and clean warehouse
Requirements
- physical fitness – must be able to comfortably be on your feet all day, lift boxes and wheel pallets
- ability to work methodically, quickly and accurately. Previous experience in working in a retail, warehouse or operations role, and following defined processes, is highly desirable
- IT literate – comfortable using e-mail, web-based portals, printers, barcodes, and simple order management systems. Full training will be given, but a natural ability to comfortably use computers is a must
- good communicator - able to communicate issues and ideas to other team members, and manage e-mail queries with suppliers and clients
