Responsibility
- ensure Internal Audits are carried out to schedule
- ensure that Control of non-conforming product and service: Inspect returned parts. Quarantine infected stock
- control of internal and external standards: Maintain and issue appropriate standards to required departments
- communication of Corrective and preventive actions: Investigate customer complaints where requested. Supply reasons why errors occurred and identify and put in place actions to ensure these do not re occur
- ensure that the management of Mycotoxins testing is carried out correctly and according to specified guidelines
- dealing with customers and suppliers: Communicate via e-mail and telephone or if appropriate in person with quality personnel from various suppliers and customers
