Responsibility
- gloucester Rugby, formed in 1873, are a Premiership rugby team based at Kingsholm Stadium in the city of Gloucester
- to be the main point of contact for all 1873 Club Members
- to develop an annual sales plan to grow membership of the 1873 Club, working with the Head of Venue Sales
- to develop a clear communication schedule to 1873 Club Members each season
- we are looking to strengthen the experience for our 1873 Club Members and require the support of a well organised individual with excellent organisation and communication skills
- to work with the Head of Venue Sales to ensure revenue targets are hit annually
- reporting directly to the Club’s Head of Venue Sales, the individual will play a key role in delivery of member satisfaction by providing quick response times and efficient communication to 1873 Club Members and grow the number of members annually
- to facilitate any requests for parking or seat moves for 1873 Club Members, working with the Customer Experience team
