  • direct support to the Customer Relations & Marketing Manger
  • receive enquiries and produce accurate quotations for various types of Lift equipment
  • processing Orders and Generate Electronic Order Files
  • maintain quote templates and pricelists
  • issue Weekly and monthly reports to Directors
  • work together with engineering team to ensure specific customer requirements for quotations are satisfied
  • work together with sales managers to ensure customers receive highest level of service throughout the quoting process
