Responsibility
- manage a multi site logistics contract within the M25
- work with the General Manager in launching the contract
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall productivity
- conduct regular analysis of operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to address any performance gaps
- with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry
- monitor and deliver key performance indicators to ensure that operational targets are met or exceeded
- as our Assistant Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and optimizing efficiency
- develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all operational areas
Requirements
- experience working in a fast pace Logistics Operation
- experience managing a multi site Logistics contract
- experience of working in a service focused environment
- proven experience in operations management
- strong people management skills
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
