Responsibility

  • ensuring best customer service in payment delivery
  • ensuring all payment enquiries and investigations are handled efficiently by the team with effective control on outstanding investigations
  • supporting the Manager, in ensuring that all policies and procedures are documented and adhered to by the team
  • build and maintain effective departmental management information to monitor the team’s and department performance and output
  • supporting the Manager with process improvement and optimisation to improve payment efficiency and reduce GRG’s exposure to risk
  • ensuring effective inter-departmental communications where clarity is needed on processes and procedures
  • the Deputy Settlements Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of daily tasks required by the Settlements function which may include
  • supporting the Manager in delivering company and departmental training
