  • customer service: 1 year
  • ability to be able to learn new systems and understand the concept of a manufacturing and stock system. Training will be provided, but previous work experience with this type of system would be hugely beneficial

Responsibility

  • ensuring orders are completed and invoices emailed to customers
  • checking freight costs and booking goods onto freight carriers
  • sending out brochures, fabric samples etc
  • phoning customers to arrange delivery dates
