- PA to Chief People Officer
- 9 Months FTC
- inbox management, keeping a close eye on requests, channeling communication as appropriate and flagging where urgent action is needed
Show more +13 - preparation/collation of data from multiple teams for board reports and papers
- ensuring CPO is well prepared for meetings including having the relevant papers, minutes and actions in advance
- use Global systems including Workday and Concur to process Expenses, invoices and POs
- complex and ever–changing diary management.Managing conflicting priorities, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly whilst keeping on top of deadlines and urgent actions required
- liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders including the board, senior executives and Global PA on a daily business
- project work/research as requested
- knowledge of using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- minute taking as requested
- organising calls, booking meeting rooms and sourcing and booking venues
- build and maintain strong relationships with all PA's across the business and Senior leaders, to ensure business continuity and a great working dynamic
- the role will primarily support the CPO, but you'll also work very closely with the Senior management team and provide ad–hoc business support where needed
- this role reports to Sally Cairns, Chief People Officer
- have a clear knowledge of business communication tools and their effective usage
