- check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- contact customers to obtain information or answer queries
- liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- maintain/update sales and customer records
- we are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our busy catering and on-trade sales team and help us achieve our goals and grow the business
- communicate important feedback from customers internally
- you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives
