Responsibility
- ensure orders for cylinders and where otherwise required a diagrams attached to the PO
- produce weekly information on stock and open orders for reports
- to take Monthly Stock take from Production in order to set up POs to order all materials and components etc as requested. Pass to MD for approval prior to placing orders
- follow up with companies on ETAs of orders - keeping an email trail
- check delivered products delivery notes in office and Production Warehouse. Attaching delivery notes to PO's and invoices and add to open orders list
