- to achieve & increase store income, sales, Gift Aid, and net profit
- to effectively recruit, induct, manage, develop and train the team of volunteers
- to promote high standards of customer care in all aspects of shop management including generating stock donations
- ensure cash & card income is reconciled and banked daily and all necessary paperwork is completed
- to ensure a high standard of display, merchandising and shop floor management
- to be the designated Health & Safety Officer for the shop
