Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
  • respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or department
  • follow up with customers on outstanding issues or concerns
  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database
  • meet or exceed established call centre metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
