Responsibility
- we seek an experienced Land Rover Service Advisor to join our team
- greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department
- the ideal candidate will have a solid automotive service background and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring effective communication throughout the service process
- schedule service appointments and manage the service department's appointment calendar
- accurately assess customer service and repair needs, providing detailed information and estimates
- maintain strong product knowledge of Land Rover vehicles and their service requirements
- provide customers with updates on their vehicle's repair status, including any additional recommendations
Requirements
- previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with Land Rover experience
- strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- proficient in using dealership management systems and computer software
- detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with technicians and other departments
- valid driver's license
