housekeeping supervisor

  • housekeeping supervisor

Responsibility

  • organisation of the housekeeping team - Supporting, planning and working with your team
  • plan the work for the housekeeping team and distribute duties, ensuring spot checks are completed prior to guests arriving
  • plan and complete the housekeeping training as well as refresher training
  • completing the inhouse laundry/linen duties
  • manage efficiently stock control and maintenance of housekeeping equipment/inventory/chemicals
  • awareness of your rota requirements and business needs and liaising with the Park Coordinator to ensure efficiency
  • creating a culture of innovation, passion and coaching
  • development and implementation of relevant procedures

Requirements

  • housekeeping: 2 years
  • supervisory/Team Leading: 1 year
