▶ Adhere to the principles of Glastonbury Abbey’s values at all times

▶ Lead on the development, implementation, and evaluation of our Volunteer Programme
▶ Manage and lead on volunteer policies, procedures, and standards
▶ Embed good practice in volunteer management, training, motivation, recruitment, and safeguarding
▶ Design and deliver plans to recruit the right volunteers with the right skills to match the needs of the abbey
