Responsibility
- we manufacture and supply fertiliser, raw animal feed materials and finished products from our various manufacturing sites across GB
- to assist cover a period of absence, Glasson Grain Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Transport Coordinator to join their trading department on a temporary basis - The length of the assignment could be approximately six months , with the potential to be extended further
- maintaining longstanding relationships with key hauliers and customers in the Uk
- some interaction with the Glasson Grain admin team to ensure invoices are cleared in a timely manner and all goods are invoiced out as quickly as possible after delivery
- to carry out any other duties that the Company reasonably require, to assist in the smooth running of the business
- to comply fully with the Company's obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act, as specified within the Company's Health and Safety Management System
Requirements
- previous experience in transportation coordination
- transport planning: 2 years
