- we are looking for a full-time Residential Property/Lettings Assistant, based at our office, in Hereford City Centre
- lettings experience preferred but not essential, ALRA qualified preferred but not essential - Full UK Driving License, - Confident - Strong Work Ethic - Organised - Team Player
- this role will involve proactively generating more income revenue streams, meeting with landlords and building relationships, visiting rental properties and conducting viewings; negotiating terms
- we are looking for team players, someone that can build relationships and provide a great impression of the business

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ administrative/lettings experience, preferably in a public-facing role
- have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- be well-presented and confident, with a professional manner and a great team player
- be flexible and proactive in your approach, able to multi-task, prioritise your workload, work to deadlines
- be confident to make decisions, but know when to seek further advice
- have a full driving licence
- salary is dependent on experience - other incentives and bonuses may be offered
