Responsibility
- utilise SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings
- work closely with senior engineers to develop design solutions that meet client requirements
- assist in the prototyping and testing phases to ensure functionality and quality standards are met
- maintain accurate records of design changes and updates in line with company standards
- work collaboratively with manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management teams to optimise designs for production
Requirements
- degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- proficient in SolidWorks; additional experience with other CAD software is a plus
- strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in technical drawings and design specifications
- ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- eagerness to learn and proactively seek new challenges
