Responsibility
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- ensure guest satisfaction by delivering orders promptly and accurately
- assist with food preparation and ensure proper food safety standards are followed
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
Requirements
- must be over 16 years old
- hospitality: 1 year
- our Client is a vibrant and popular award winning venue with an outstanding reputation for the service they offer and how well they treat there staff. Due to the Festive season we have a few opportunities for you to join the team
