Responsibility
- our restaurant is looking for an experienced professional to become our new Restaurant Floor Manager
- to ensure the kitchen, floor and the bar is ready before the shift opens
- to delegate duties to waiting staff
- to maintain an effective communication between the waiting staff and the kitchen
- work as a member of waiting or bar staff
- to handle the Bar and the till
- in this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire floor including the bar runs smoothly and meets our high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall quality
- ensure staff’s compliance with our standards and state regulations of fire safety, health, and hygienic regulations

Requirements
- 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or his assistant or head waiter or bar manager in a restaurant
- hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment and environment in the floor and kitchen of southeast Asian restaurants
- leadership skills
- ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- excellent time management abilities
- familiarity with sanitation regulations
- as a floor manager you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to other waiting staff while making sure that they are trained for their assigned roles
- culinary school diploma and multilingual quality preferred; and
